When Zach Parise scored the goal to send it to OT, the student housing complex shook, but if there was ever a time I wasn't a Crosby fan, that was it. Hurt a little less since I'm a Pens fan, but country over hometown team.

This was insane to whiteness and it inspired me in my hockey career so far and I made AAA at just 15 years old and now I’m 16 and wow. love the pens they my fav and Crosby I love u. my fav is tanger and he inspires me sm but just had to put out there how important this moment is.

I was at this game, I was working for NBC sports covering all the ice hockey games for the entire Olympics in Salt Lake City. It was probably one of the top three moments of my life as I also ran into Jim Craig and sat down and had lunch with him for a half hour just one on one and told him the story about how that game and 80 change my life, as a seven-year-old I knew I was going to play hockey for the rest of my life. Jim just laughed and said I had heard the story so many times, and then proceeded to tell me about things or Brooks and told them in the locker room. Top five days of my life
I didn’t notice this till now but the reason Canada was so happy because well America if they won it wouldn’t really matter to the people cause well we always win but Canada hasn’t won in a very long time congrats on the win 10 years later
