    • I think we’re talking on the wrong topic. The insight and coaching Mr McBeth gave in this video is golden for all of us. Mr Smith is athletic and accomplished enough to have a cogent conversation, and comfortable enough to ask the questions we all would like to ask. The more of these I watch, the more I learn. That’s growing the sport. Forget how many views this gets and how much more plastic gets sold ... lets get back to basics-how to master the physics of flight with a rotating, aerodynamic object. Beautiful!

  • I watch a decent amount of disc golf related tips and info and this by far has taught me the most out of anything. Just the conversations between shots and Paul's insight is extremely helpful for people who play but don't have a pro to give suggestions and really explain why they take certain shots. Especially on the first wooded hole talking about how a backhand wants to fight the woods on the right and kick back into the middle and how to play possibly making an error but having it still be a decent outcome. Great video and please make more like it!

    Dar SureDar Sure7 kuukautta sitten
  • Very surprised the multiple world champion and number one player in the world can't figure out why a shot that flips upside down is called a patent pending. My guess is it's because the patent Mark of the disc or anything else for that matter is not on the top branded side but if there is one it would be on the bottom so when the bottom is up its the 'patent pending' showing. It could just be the patent shot but patent-pending sounds way better. Maybe the guy who invented it had a disc with a patent pending?

david patrick greendavid patrick green7 kuukautta sitten
    • I thought patent pending was the stance where you are full back to the basket, Disc still flys normal though.

  • Brodie is such a genuine person. You can tell hes a professional athlete. He is putting everything in practice, extremely disciplined, and a great listener and learner. I bet he will be a big name of this sport even if its just the fact he is bringing a lot more exposure to the community, I think his skill will grow quickly with who he is surrounding himself with tho. Great video and I learned quite a bit from this! Also love the duo of McBeth and Brodie. Good content together.
