  • Excellent photography and the Age of Empires-like soundtrack was not bad either. Sometimes commentators detract from the experience when they inject too much of their own personalities. This was all about the players and the play. Looking forward to more of the same.

  • I don't get it she when OB on the first hole even if you don't call it OB how are they all birdies

  • A lot of these holes should not be par 4s. Jump putts and short upshots after the drives are not par 4s with minimal OB. I enjoyed the video but man what an easy day on the course they were all thinking.

  • I know others have said it, but the course was...bad. Almost no chance of anyone getting anything other than a 3 on those par 4s, and the par 3s had almost no variety or character whatsoever. Good playing by these ladies, though, and thanks to Prodigy for getting the round on film!

  • YAY go Paige!!! Awesome coverage, bas music lol

  • Excellent coverage, thanks Prodigy! No commentary is just fine by me, prefer it, actually. Congrats to Paige, who has simply had a monster year!! The course layout probably could've been better, so many par 4 holes under 500 ft. on the front nine especially that these pros were just feasting on....

  • Why was the final round of the US championship played on such a ridiculously easy course?

  • Ouch! Watching Catrina fall behind like that was painful! Nice see the others do well, nice to see a battle for 2nd & 3rd. Jessica has been impressive this year, and continued that here. No surprise to see Paige do well, the course seemed made for her (no, I not suggesting it actually was). Good coverage, except that I agree about showing more of the disc's flight before landing. On the lack of commentary, I could go either way, but on something like this (a championship) it would be best to have it.

  • Why has Paige changed up her putting stance?

  • Loved seeing Cat giving hugs before and after final hole. She seemed to be in a better place and her game is getting back to where it was. Look for her to challenge Paige in 2018. FPO is more fun when they're battling it out.

  • Bravo! Amazing! Stupendous! And the filming was OK, too. ;) Great job Prodigy. Now all we need is Will in the commentary booth. He has some spare time now, I think. And he's forgotten more about disc golf than most people will ever know.

  • Super easy course which didn't test any of the top players. Every hole was very birdieable. No suspense whatsoever...I knew Paige would win just throwing free and easy with almost no danger on the whole course.

    • all these women portray a 'tone and fit' gluteal region, they obviously work more then just squats and lunges as their lateral stabilizers like Gluteus medius are also tone. glute med is weak in most of the population, the strength these woman share may be a secret to disc golf.... ;)

  • Great round ladies! So fun to watch. Love your work, Marty, and I love a round with no commentary. You might consider giving the catch camera view another half second or so to catch the last moments of flight, not just the disc coming to rest on the turf. It's a little disorienting sometimes without that small moment of reference to the flight. Otherwise, long time fan. Keep up the good work.

    • FritzTheCat1030 exactly this, this isn't exactly the Mecca of disc golf, although there is really good disc golfing here, it's just not what JC is known for. We are a college town in the mountains, the latter being the reason why most people come out this direction (that and the Bristol races down the road). I wasn't able to attend other wise I woulda been part of the gallery, but I had friends that were driving by down town where the dgpt was set up and had no idea what was going on and didn't realize that the biggest event for women DG was even going on.

    • Yeah - is it my imagination or are the galleries smaller the past couple of years? It could just be a matter of location for major tournies or maybe I'm just wrong, but the crowds seem really light to me for recent majors.

    • I'm more wondering where the gallery was. It would be nice to hear some healthy applause out there for the players.
